Anyone who wants support staying sober through the holiday season. Newly sober, sober-curious, long-term sober or just interested to see what this sober thing is all about
What will we talk about?

Topics include: navigating parties, handling cravings, dealing with family stress, setting boundaries, emotional triggers, staying grounded and keeping holiday joy without drinking.
Do I have to share?

No. You can participate as much or as little as you like. Some people listen quietly; some talk. Both are welcome.
Is this therapy?

No, this is coaching. This group focuses on practical tools, emotional awareness, grounding strategies and real-life solutions for staying sober during the holidays.
What if I’m not sure I want to stay sober forever?

That’s fine. You don’t need to make a lifelong decision. You just have to want support getting through this month with clarity and intention.
What if I slip during December?

You’re still welcome. Shame keeps people stuck. Support helps people get back on track.
How long is the group?

It runs through December. We meet weekly and you’ll receive tools and prompts to use in between sessions.
